Professor of Interaction Design and Co-Director of Open Lab and EPSRC Centre for Digital Citizens at Newcastle University. Research addresses design challenges for managing wellbeing in everyday interactions with digital technologies and personal data, including health and care management, family relationships, and identity. Principal Investigator of NortHFutures Hub and INTUIT project.
