Arka received his PhD in Physics at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign (UIUC) in 2017. He was a KIPAC fellow (2017-2020) at the Kavli Institute for Particle Astrophysics and Cosmology (KIPAC) at Stanford University and SLAC. From 2020 to 2022, he was a Schramm Fellow in Theoretical Astrophysics at Fermilab (USA), before joining IISER Pune.
