导师辨识特征：苏南普通话，爱打掼蛋，经常出差 学术水平：工程水平很高，项目很多，沿空留巷领域领军人物。 科研经费：横向经费很多。 学生补助：在矿业学院教授中处于中间水平。 师生关系：组里几个年轻老师人都很nice，组里氛围不错。 工作时间：不加班，但是会出差。 学生前途：老师会给推荐工作。
