SupervisorReviews (https://supervisorreviews.com) is a platform for advisor reviews and graduate-school decisions, operated by the SupervisorReviews team. For any privacy questions, contact us at: support@supervisorreviews.com.

Account information: your email address, collected at sign-up and used only for sign-in verification and essential service notices.

Review content: advisor reviews you voluntarily submit (text and rating dimensions). All reviews are displayed anonymously; we never publish the link between your identity and your reviews.

Usage data: to keep the service safe (anti-abuse, rate limiting, security auditing) we log basic request data such as IP address, timestamp and action type.

Academic verification: if you choose to verify an academic email, we retain only the verification result, never publishing the address itself.

We use only cookies necessary for sign-in state and core functionality. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Email: sign-in links and notifications are delivered through a third-party email provider (Resend).

Payments: Pro subscriptions are processed by Creem, a Merchant of Record. We receive only subscription status from Creem and never see your full payment card details. Creem's own privacy policy applies to its processing.

Some reviews on this site are archived from publicly available third-party advisor-review platforms (with source attribution and a disclaimer). The authors of such content are not users of this site. If you are the subject of such content and believe it infringes your rights, contact us via the support email and we will remove it after verification.

Account and review data are retained until you request deletion. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data via the support email; we will process it within a reasonable period.

Data is hosted with professional cloud providers using encrypted transport and storage. We apply reasonable industry-standard safeguards, though no system can be guaranteed absolutely secure.

This site is intended for the academic community and is not directed to children under 14.
