科研经费：经费很多。给不喜欢的学生降工资，理由有二，“组里有困难”和“你们不缺那几百块”。师生关系：已逼走一个博士后，没人敢说话。学生前途：看你不顺眼天天折磨，看你顺眼天天笑口常开。
