导师辨识特征：虽然是北京科技大学的教授，但是在天工大厦的一个研究所工作，口头禅，孩儿学术水平：完全没有水平，初中物理化学知识都不懂科研经费：有经费，都装自己腰包里了，不让买器材，不让买耗材学生补助：完全没有，发的工资还要上交一半师生关系：对学生非常苛刻，动则恶言相加工作时间：没有明确的工作时间，要求24小时在线学生前途：完全不让实习，更不用说帮推荐工作
