导师辨识特征：北京大学理科二号楼办公科研经费：经费充足，组内计算资源很多师生关系：尊重学生，不会给学生派杂活，组内师生、同学之间关系很和睦工作时间：没有打卡学生前途：毕业后出路很好，会推荐学生去认识的大牛那里实习
