学术水平：在化学系唯影响因子论，当然一般，毕竟以前是搞工程的。师生关系：陈老师已经基本不带学生了，毕竟现在化学系要求太高了。对学生还不错，之前有人啥也没做，陈老师想办法保证学生毕业了。学生前途：反正老师对学生挺好的。找工作，那是自己的事。
