导师辨识特征：课上的很好的老师，关心学生，从不发脾气的。学术水平：教学很厉害，课讲得和好，科研也不错。科研经费：项目经费比较多。学生补助：尊重学生，和学生打在一块。师生关系：允许实习，学生工作前途不错。
