导师辨识特征：高研所317 学术水平：不看文献，不做实验，完全瞎指挥科研经费：扣得一批学生补助：较少，虽然比以前多了点师生关系：老师脾气是挺好，但是瞎指挥做很多事挺烦的工作时间：不打卡，时间说是比较自由，但能不能毕业自己想办法吧学生前途：实习是不可能实习的
