学术水平：老师现在基本不发文章带项目了，学生也大多是专硕科研经费：经费有国防实验室支持，毕设问题不大师生关系：对学生很不错，为学生着想，学生也很尊重老师学生前途：学生自由自主性很大，能够比较方便的实习
