导师辨识特征：小小的一个女老师，瓦赫宁根博士回国。目前（2019.9）实验室在园艺学院401, 属于巩振辉课题组。学术水平：前几年科研水平很高，最近不太了解了，当然老师本身科研水平很厉害毋庸置疑的。科研经费：目前在走下坡路，学生招的也少了。学生补助：目前为国家最低要求，到手800块师生关系：对学生要求极严，往往有一些不太合理的要求。骂学生，甚至对女生讲脏话。实验室氛围很差，学生之间勾心斗角。工作时间：要求很严，基本没有自己的时间。老师还是次要的，大一点的学生会压榨新生，主要问题在于实验室氛围太差。学生前途：不太了解
