导师辨识特征：航太学术水平：工程经验没话说，学术能力只能说有一定科研经费：自己开公司的，经费巨大，只要你想做的和他想法一致就会支持。学生补助：不敢说本学院最多，至少前3吧师生关系：挺适合当老板的工作时间：周一-周五8.30-17.30 周六-周日看自己但放假时间跟公司走，基本无休学生前途：虽然很想留人在他开的公司，但都去电网了
