冯老师人很好的，她是跟丈夫袁立华教授一起共同一个课题组，约15人左右，主要是超分子化学和放射萃取领域，因为是有机，会比一个院子里的其他课题组累一些，但在有机化学里面只算一般累，发6以上的好文章不容易，课题都要自己想，学得会比较累
