自己基本没有研究能力，但是一个很好的人力资源管理人才，有心理学知识，懂得怎么调动人去工作。发的所有文章中，凡是仪器类涉及核心专利的，必须要做一作。会让学生从卡里取钱出来，重新分配，用于实验室活动等。
