导师辨识特征：脑满肠肥，外表看起来不像做学术的，目前工业催化研究所所长。学术水平：学术水平可以忽略。科研经费：横向经费多。学生补助：少工作时间：比较严格学生前途：普遍延期，喜欢指挥学生干活（甚至要求其他老师学生为其修电脑）。电脑都用不熟练，跟风买mac。作为工业催化所所长，目光短浅，领导能力不行，导致工催在学院没有地位。
