学术水平：年轻时候，在电力电子上有些成果。但是老来官大了，人也就变了。师生关系：自己很权威，毕竟是官。学生前途：开始乱接项目，不顾学生发展，硬性坐班，总觉得去院所就是好的，其实现在的院所跟教授们是沆瀣一气。没有真正培养学生的能力。
