自证认识导师：是北航化学学院的院长，理化所仿生实验室主任，现在是光头 学术水平：水平在院士里都是高水平的，是仿生材料领域的大佬，应该是发AM最多的人。 科研经费：科研经费充足，不限制花钱 学生补助：补助是上游水平 师生关系：要求严格，风趣幽默，学生都很敬重他 工作时间：想发好文章，想多发文章的肯定要加班工作，但是不限制，不强制 学生前途：学生前途都挺好的，在学生找工作的时候会帮忙(嗯，这个很重要！)

学术水平：仿生智能界面材料领域的julao，nature science随便发 科研经费：从来不缺经费和仪器，江老师在理化所有一整栋楼的实验室 师生关系：幽默风趣，没有院士的架子 学生前途：对学生要求挺高的，博士好像是3篇sci总影响力因子大于8吧。
