学术水平：发的文章一般三四五分的水平，文章平均水平与南大生科院其他实验室相比算是不错科研经费：经费用于日常实验开销没有问题，但是也不算很有钱师生关系：很好，老师人很nice，会经常和学生沟通、鼓励学生，很关心学生的实验情况，是个非常棒、很可爱的老师学生前途：实验室整体氛围比较轻松，只要学生能够认真完成自己的实验就好，并不会过多干涉学生的其他选择，感觉还是很容易毕业的
