导师辨识特征：陕西人学术水平：很久没有发过论文了、可以织网搜科研经费：没有科研，都是和外面公司合作学生补助：每月发八百，然后再打回到他的卡里、还要让一个学生管理这个钱师生关系：不尊重学生，工作时间：强制去他开的公司，一周六天，没有工资，，只有餐补15块的标准，车费没有，路程大约10km 学生前途：不允许实习，除非可以给他拉几万块钱的项目（原话）
