导师辨识特征：福建人，讲话带点口音学术水平：一般，没什么想法但觉得自己很有想法，回国后靠原老板发了几篇NAR 科研经费：充足学生补助：较好师生关系：实验室管理严格工作时间：明面不要求，但压力很大学生前途：回国后自己独立带出的学生还很少，看不出前途怎样

导师辨识特征：谦谦君子，待人十分和善。学术水平：学术水平一流，在国外顶刊发表高水平文章。科研经费：经费十分充足，在学院数一数二。学生补助：正常补助师生关系：关系十分和谐，老师指导学生非常耐心。工作时间：正常工作时间，但是学生比较自觉，都主动加班。学生前途：学生水平都很高，前途普遍很好
