导师辨识特征：原先在材料院，后来在工研院学术水平：辣鸡科研经费：会拉关系，钱多学生补助：一年发两次，合计1200左右师生关系：实验室管理全靠学生，对学生没有尊重，强制打卡，一周至少工作6天，不定时查岗。工作时间：一周至少六天，甚至希望724，不定时查岗学生前途：找工作全靠自己，不允许兼职，甚至不允许谈恋爱
