自证认识导师：无人艇417 学术水平：眼高手低，自己没水平，喜欢瞎指挥科研经费：实验设备稀缺学生补助：不仅没补助，连稿费都要学生垫付，拖个大半年还不给。实验所需要用到的各种材料都是学生自己垫钱。师生关系：各种杂事工作时间：需要打开，周末经常集中办公（杂事）学生前途：让机械的学生搞组织工程方面的东西，涉及的都是生物，材料，医学，细胞之类的，工作难找
