自证认识导师：2340办公室学术水平：10年前的思维，评教授后基本不搞学术科研经费：没有项目，靠炒冷饭学生补助：看心情给师生关系：需要的时候对学生还挺尊重的，不需要的时候，呵呵工作时间：周五晚布置工作，周一讨论学生前途：绝对不可能出去实习，除非不想毕业
