学术水平：学术水平很高,发很多好论文,年轻有为 科研经费：主要作理论,基金项目,学生无额外的补助 师生关系：因为孟老师学术水平高,对学生要求比较高,比较难于达到.有时对学生说话不够尊重. 学生前途：纯理论研究,去高校还是不错的
