自证认识导师：材料系主任，实验室在老楼和材料楼学术水平：研究领域比较有前景，在这个领域研究很深入科研经费：经费挺多的学生补助：一般水平师生关系：对学生很严格，要求发比较高档次的文章，对于不上进学生，要求转组工作时间：早上到晚上，周末也要求来学生前途：文章发得多的去了很好的单位
