科研经费：科研经费不少，但是大都用于自己购置生活用品，学生的话发2000，交1700，自己留300 学生补助：一律300 师生关系：无缘无故骂人，可能有大姨妈，乱七八糟事情超级多，所谓的要写书？工作时间：平时没啥事儿，过年放假事情多，假期需要加班，平时没要求学生前途：假期可以实习
