导师辨识特征：办公地点土南6楼，普通话不标准，戴眼镜，长得贼眉鼠眼，笑起来更猥琐学术水平：知网搜搜就知道了，没论文，只会捞钱，不搞学术，只会搞学生科研经费：都是抱别人大腿拿的项目，而且都是横向，学生作为免费劳动力使劲压榨学生补助：别想了，据说他还从学生那里坑钱呢。。。师生关系：组里的学而生每一个说他好话的工作时间：杂事一堆，成果排名靠边站学生前途：不允许实习，不关心学生，只会使劲压榨
