学术水平：非常nice的老师，每周会跟每个人one one ，给予学术上的指导科研经费：经费充足，充分满足学生的所有需求，还有一些小福利师生关系：实验室无考勤，想来就来，实验室氛围一派和谐，老师感觉跟师兄一样经常跟我们打成一片学生前途：学生毕业工作找的都非常好
