导师辨识特征：实验室:4楼学术水平：南大生态学学术水平最好，在红原有自己的样地，这几年发遍了生态学所有顶刊科研经费：有钱学生补助：正常师生关系：正常工作时间：正常学生前途：生态学前途都一样。生态学这边唯一推荐的老师，至少硕士不卡学生毕业，博士课题在红原有样地。其实选导师选正常人就可以了，按是否正常程度生态学老师排名:孙>田>安>徐=李
