导师辨识特征：逸夫楼307 学术水平：很一般，也不带学生科研经费：少，老师比较懒，明明很年轻但是非常不积极学生补助：标准数额，多了没有师生关系：笑面虎，品德不好，喜欢贬低比他优秀的人，还特骄傲，觉得自己很厉害，有性别歧视工作时间：要求很多，定的规定自己都遵守不了还说这说那学生前途：基本靠自己，跟着他混个毕业证而已
