自证认识导师：去年评上了优青学术水平：学术水平很高科研经费：科研经费主要是纵向经费，自然科学基金之类的。学生补助：补助大约做项目的会多发。师生关系：师生关系不好。主要原因是他压榨的比较厉害，很多学生和他有矛盾。甚至有不说话的。学生前途：说实话前途还行，但是大老板是胡院士起了很大作用。科研岗可以，到单位的貌似不怎么好找工作。
