学术水平：一星都嫌多，落后学术前沿多年，手下学生很多年没有一篇顶尖会议的论文，多数纯挂名的国内水文科研经费：水很深，国内导师都是这个套路，申的经费不少，但给实验室学生的支持就不好说了。师生关系：博士有退学的，硕士也多是营营苟且，混个毕业好熬出头学生前途：反正实验室能学的非常少，多是靠自身抗压另谋出路。
