学术水平：critical thinking有点过度，很aggressive，有时候让人觉得他在钻你的牛角尖。对学生的期待很高，但还是比不过新青千们科研经费：试剂和耗材基本可以供应充足学生补助：500、700、1250、1000 师生关系：一般，每个人多少都有过怨言工作时间：早8-8:30，中午一点半，晚上没具体要求。喜欢周六或周日或者假期的中间开组会学生前途：不允许实习，查岗
