导师辨识特征：年轻教师，实验室本门弟子学术水平：很高，对学生科研思路有很好的点拨，自已写很多论文。科研经费：大组充足，中等偏上学生补助：较好，尊重学生，学生中口碑高。比较忙，但学生主动沟通的话有耐心。杂活不少。目前不是一把手。师生关系：大组不让实习。研究院所or深造会有一些消息和机会。研究方向较冷门。去互联网需要靠自学。
