学术水平：心思根本就不在学术上，只关心公司的事，公司也快倒闭了科研经费：实验室没钱，欠了外面供应商一屁股债！学生补助：无，研究生没收到过钱！师生关系：不把学生当人，无限制剥削学生，没有人能按时毕业工作时间：早8完10，一年只有过年一周假学生前途：不允许实习，出去面试找工作的也不被允许
