导师辨识特征：嘴上不积德学术水平：一般，组里有她没她都一样师生关系：没什么师德，能明面上对学生说我如果不喜欢你你在这组里以后都别想好过这种话。喜好明显，对喜欢的学生特别好，对不喜欢的学生处处针对学生前途：呵呵
