导师辨识特征：模拟方向学术水平：学生问他什么都不知道，水平都不如其他组的硕士，英文期刊根本发不了，只能发差的中文期刊，真不知道他是怎么评上副教授，硕导的科研经费：不需要经费学生补助：少师生关系：不负责工作时间：不管学生学生前途：根本没有能力指导学生，学生毕业十分困难，千万别报！
