导师辨识特征：湖北人，口音重，性格急躁，爱算计学术水平：很差，没啥水平，喜欢乱挂名科研经费：很少，几乎没有，都是拉的一些小活，实验室条件特别差，几乎没有什么设备学生补助：一般，使劲压榨，套路很多，疾言厉色师生关系：一般，做腐蚀，不好找工作，做的东西很土，没什么用
