自证认识导师：四教学术水平：文章创作高手科研经费：有大老板，有钱，做实验可以，不会发给学生就是啦学生补助：一般师生关系：抢学生文章，无一辛免。脾气还大工作时间：加班严重，晚上加周末学生前途：文章都被抢了，学术界不要混了，还得看人家脸色
