导师辨识特征：加拿大东北某学校的PhD，20多年前就做Machine Learning了。讲课水平很好。自己还在紫竹管理一个公司。做的东西也很前沿。但是发论文的数量就不是很多了。学术水平：如果不看论文数量的话，学术水平绝对没有问题的。对很多事情有自己看法。挺有意思的一个教授。
