导师辨识特征：见到过，看起来和气。经常看到她去他们实验室，认识他们组同学，感觉这老师不行，延毕很严重学术水平：个人水平很一般科研经费：不清楚，好像没听说过缺的学生补助：实验室管理一团混乱，明面是师生关系还可以，其实非常差劲。师生关系：不允许实习。基本你没机会出去，好好干活，好好被压榨吧
