学术水平：组里一年能出个一两篇AC，BB的，自己水平很强，但为人佛系科研经费：有时候会断，但是不缺钱花，导师很有钱，不看重项目经费这些学生补助：500-1000 师生关系：实验室管理松散，特别尊重学生，私事绝不找学生，连快递都极少让学生拿，论文学生写个很烂的粗稿或者不写，文章他写不抢名字，但是会有点偏心喜欢的学生，师生关系和为人有口皆碑工作时间：没要求，不打卡，放养学生前途：看自己水平
