导师辨识特征：理科一号楼8楼学术水平：非常高，论文数量、质量都极高科研经费：感觉还可以，不是非常了解学生补助：不算多，但绝对给得很良心，多劳多得师生关系：非常尊重学生，常常和学生在一起讨论工作时间：没有强制的时间要求，付出和收入（补贴or论文）成正比学生前途：感觉跟着他前途无量啊，实验室毕业的师兄师姐也是前途光明
