导师辨识特征：微胖，脸上日常挂着皮笑肉不笑的笑容。学术水平：学术能力？这是什么东东？他就是个创新中心的办公老师。看看官网上的论文，都是几几年的科研经费：看看学术能力，能有经费么，不过创新中心还是有点钱的学生补助：你觉得呢，这样的老师，你人影都见不到，天天不知道做些什么活动去了。师生关系：都这样了，还能有什么前途。
