自证认识导师：西安交通大学化学楼学术水平：学术水平很差，没有特定的研究方向。科研经费：科研经费不多，平均每个学生一年的实验经费大约500。学生补助：让学生自己写申请放弃学校要求的应有补助。师生关系：除了打压学生，就是挑拨学生之间的关系。工作时间：随时随地时刻想找你，你必须在。学生前途：不允许实习。
