导师辨识特征：湖北黄梅人，办公室里有台冰箱学术水平：方向多半偏应用类，工程应用能力好，基础科学研究相对来说弱一些，实验室论文水平一般，缺乏顶刊，思维敏捷，脑洞大科研经费：经费ok，经费主要来自特定的几个小组学生补助：硕士实验室200，博士算上国家的补助在2700+ 师生关系：实验室管理和谐，为人谦和，极少发脾气，愿意和学生沟通，给学生打鸡血的能力极强工作时间：与学院要求时间一致，打卡，实验室整体属于散养，周末不会强制要求在实验室
