自证认识导师：办公室在新楼5楼学术水平：在国内做凝聚态理论与算法数一数二的组科研经费：因为是理论组，没有购置实验器材的压力，所以经费比较足学生补助：院内比较算非常高了师生关系：与学生关系非常好，经常带学生一起打球吃大排档工作时间：几乎完全不限制工作时间，不过由于课题通常比较难，大家都会自觉工作很长时间学生前途：前途很好，有很多高校和研究机构的合作，而且也很容易转向计算机等方向
