自证认识导师：基本不push，尊重学生的兴趣和节奏。学术水平：因为不push所以论文发的慢，自己也不着急，似乎更在意保护学生的兴趣。科研经费：看起来比较慷慨，主要是研究领域本来就不过于依赖经费师生关系：挺好，挺宽松的。治愈学生，有缓解治愈学生心理问题的能力。工作时间：不加班。学生前途：似乎被他感染的都继续搞学术。。。
