学术水平：亲历亲为的boss 每年都有多篇IF>10的文章产出 科研经费：充足 师生关系：没有暑假，周末提倡在实验室，（清明/五一/中秋/十一等）不放假，组会照常。 学生前途：近两年主要文章是博后和助研发表，工作人员是科研工作的重心，学生的话都在慢慢熬时间。
